1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging LavenCore IT for technical support services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services are provided exclusively to commercial businesses, professional firms, non-profit institutions, and formal organizations. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business entity. We do not provide services to individual consumers for residential or personal equipment.
2. Independent Service Provider Status
LavenCore IT is an independent technology support provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by printer, computer, hardware, or software manufacturers. Any brand names, trademarks, or model numbers referenced on this site are used solely for informational, descriptive, and compatibility identification purposes.
3. Service Scope & Deliverables
Our service offerings encompass commercial printer troubleshooting, workstation setup, local office network connectivity assistance, peripheral configuration, and guided remote technical troubleshooting. We do not manufacture hardware or author third-party proprietary drivers. Services are performed on an advisory, guided, and technical assistance basis.
4. Remote Support Protocols & Customer Responsibility
Remote technical support requires the active consent and cooperation of the client. The client agrees that:
- Remote assistance begins only after an authorized business representative agrees to the session.
- A designated representative of the client will remain at the workstation during the session to monitor actions and provide necessary local input (such as physical power cycling or cable checks).
- The client is solely responsible for maintaining current, verified data backups of all critical company documents, files, and operating system data prior to receiving technical assistance.
5. Communications & Callback Requests
By submitting your company name, work email, and business phone number via our forms or chat interface, you authorize LavenCore IT and Lavender Dower LLC to contact your organization via email or telephone strictly regarding your support inquiry or requested callback.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Technical support services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our support team applies reasonable troubleshooting practices to address technical issues, we do not warrant that all hardware faults, firmware corruptions, or third-party operating system updates can be resolved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lavender Dower LLC and its members, officers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from or relating to your use of our services or website.
